The playthrough requirement multipliers represent the amount of playthrough required in order to be able to withdraw that amount of cryptocurrency. Meanwhile, if you received 100 satoshis from the cryptocurrency faucet, you would have to play for at least 2,500 satoshis to clear the playthrough requirement on this alotted cryptocurrency.
